All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Covilhã, Portugal.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days before shipping. Processing time may occasionally be longer for more complex pieces or larger orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the heaviest item in your cart, plus a base fee per additional item. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via CTT (Correios de Portugal) and include a tracking number.

Please note: deliveries to the United States are handled through a partner courier service. Because of this, delivery times to the US are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
